Mosman Park is bound by the Indian Ocean to the west, and the Swan River to the east and south. At a recent ABS census, Mosman Park had a population of several thousand people living in a variety of dwellings, about half of which were detached houses on separate lots. Multiple mansions are located within the suburb. The ABS identified property, business services and health as the main occupations of residents.
