Logan Trouchet brings more than a decade of experience across commercial property, valuation, investment and advisory.
His career has spanned property valuations, acquisitions, investment strategy, asset management and advisory, giving him a broad understanding of property from both an ownership and investment perspective. This experience allows Logan to look beyond the transaction and provide considered, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
A Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), Chartered Valuation Surveyor (RICS) and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Logan combines strong technical expertise with a practical and approachable style.
As a Director of Shellabears, Logan is focused on building upon the firm’s 100-year property legacy while expanding its capabilities across commercial property, investment and advisory.
