Starting his Real Estate journey in 2012, Nick rapidly grew a loyal client base and has put under contract well over $100,000,000 in property in a few short years.
Providing a tangible difference to the more ‘traditional’ agents in the area, Nick uses modern sales methods along with his digital marketing expertise, ultimately enhancing and adding to the sales and buying experience. The results speak for themselves.
Nick has the empathy and connections in the local community to conduct a successful sale for your property. Nick has property in the blood and understands what it is like to buy and sell your own home having bought and sold multiple properties himself. He grew up in the area, went to the local schools and also spent a year in Taiwan becoming fluent in Mandarin, which established the foundation for a double degree from UWA (Bachelor of Economics/Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies)).
It’s not all Real Estate though! Nick is the current President of the North Fremantle Football Club and has been on the Board for the previous 4 years, while still managing to pull on the boots every now and again!
In 2019 Nick and his wife, Kate, started a personal philanthropic fund through the Fremantle Foundation which they have titled the ‘Close to Home Fund’.

We are personally contributing a portion of our own wages and sales commissions to the fund and thanks to our clients, we have a greater capacity to support important issues Close to Home.
